They talked us through the process and found her a body shop close to her school. They have followed up every step of the way. Katie provides personalized service, taking the time to get to know her customers so she can make sure of ample coverage and tailored service. When doing business with large companys it is a rare but most welcome joy to recieve "small town" service. Katie sets the bar for the rest of the industry.
